Our client, in the finance and banking sector, is looking for a Part Time Mortgage Support Advisor to join their team. You’ll be there to help and support intermediary customers who are going through the mortgage process. It’s a fast paced, telephone based, supportive environment, known for their friendly and effective service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You’ll be working with our mortgage intermediary partners, providing them an exceptional telephone service to support to them once they’ve submitted a mortgage application.
  • You’ll provide updates of information and respond to queries from mortgage application to completion. This will include updates on cases, providing lending policy expertise, relationship management and outside of policy assistance.
  • You’ll work closely with all our mortgage teams to ensure we provide clear and correct information to our customers.
  • You’ll enjoy learning so keeping up to date with product and policy changes will be key.

 

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have excellent customer service experience.
  • Ability to travel at least one day per week to the office in Coventry.
  • Must be able to undertake part time hours (9.30am - 2.30pm / 3pm or 11.30am / 12pm - 5pm Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday) as well as full time training.
