SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

HYBRID/LONDON 1 DAY PER WEEK

£42,500 - £47,500 OTE £65-70k (uncapped commission)

 

A unique company within the HR industry is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their growing team. You will be taking responsibility of the overall commercial growth of your account base, closing sales opportunities and meeting set revenue targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Closing sales opportunities within your account base and meeting quarterly revenue targets
  • Being the point of contact for identified Key Accounts
  • Conducting data-focused quarterly business reviews with clients, ideally face to face
  • Creating strategic growth plans for each key account, including mapping of decision makers, key contacts, and organisational structure
  • Collaborating with Marketing department on targeted, bespoke account-based marketing campaigns to drive the business
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM System (Salesforce)

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for the role of Senior Account Manager, you must have:

  • 4+ yearsexperience within an Account Manager role achieving individual revenue targets
  • Previous experience with managing high-spend accounts
  • Experience selling annual recurring revenue contracts is desirable
  • Excellent relationship building skills across all levels and both virtually and face to face
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Self-motivated and driven individual
  • Highly adaptable and resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced and growing business
